 We do a lot of different marketing like direct mailings, Yellowpages.com, Google & Facebook ads. But it always make me smile when I run my website reports and see that Way-Fm is always in the top 2 spots(28%) for all of our website traffic, and that they are spending a avg. time of over 2 min. looking at our website. When I get a phone call I can always tell when is a Way-Fm listener just by the way talk, they are polite, sincere and at times thankful for us supporting Way-Fm as an impact partner. But the most unexpected part of this whole thing has been the customer loyalty, Its off the charts at 3-4 times the retention rate of a customer from Google or the Yellowpages.com. So to wrap this all up, we feel our return on investment is great and the best part is that the investment we are making with Way-Fm minister's to me and my family every day and is making a difference around the world to bring the message of the Hope that we have in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Being a Business Impact Partner is a win-win situation. Besides getting attention for our business, the major benefit for me is knowing that I am in some small way supporting a ministry that was so instrumental to my growth and development as a new Christian 11 years ago. Music is, and always has been, a major part of my life, and after I got saved, the secular music I had been listening to left me cold. At that time, I was not aware there was even such a thing as "Christian contemporary" music. But I needed music in my life or else I knew I would surely die! So, my friend who led me to the Lord told me to tune into WAY-FM. At first, I told her "No thanks ... I'm not into churchy music." But she insisted I try it out, so I finally gave in and I couldn't believe my ears! The music that I heard not only made my spirit come alive, but the words were also teaching me how to do this thing called Christianity. In those first years of my "new life" I would leave on the radio all night and let the music and lyrics minister to me while I slept. These days, I am very active in ministry at our church, and I also serve on the Wednesday night worship team.
